Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services or making any property-related decisions.
1. Project Information & Disclosures
All project-related information including but not limited to:
- Images, renderings, and artistic impressions
- Floor plans, layouts, and area specifications
- Amenities and facilities descriptions
- Completion timelines and possession dates
are conceptual and indicative only. Final specifications will be as per the executed Agreement for Sale and may be subject to modifications by the developer or competent authorities under applicable laws.
2. RERA Compliance
This project is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) under Registration No. P52100054658.
As per RERA guidelines:
- All advertisements must carry the MahaRERA registration number
- Prospective buyers should verify project details on the official RERA portal: maharera.mahaonline.gov.in
- The promoter is responsible for all claims made in the advertisement
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Payment plans and schedules are binding once agreed upon
- Offers and discounts are valid for limited periods and may have specific terms
- All payments must be made through approved banking channels
4. Booking & Allotment Process
The property allotment process involves:
- Submission of completed application form with required documents
- Payment of booking amount as specified
- Verification and approval by the developer
- Execution of the Agreement for Sale within 30 days of booking
The developer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
5. Modifications & Changes
The developer may make reasonable modifications to:
- Building plans, layouts, and specifications
- Common areas and amenities
- Project completion timelines
provided such changes are compliant with approved plans and applicable regulations. Significant modifications will be communicated to allottees.
6. Third-Party Services & References
Any references to third-party services including:
- Financial institutions and loan providers
- Legal advisors and consultants
- Interior designers and contractors
are for informational purposes only. The developer does not endorse or guarantee these services and buyers should conduct their own due diligence.
7. Force Majeure
The developer shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters and acts of God
- Government actions or policy changes
- Labor disputes and strikes
- Pandemics and health emergencies
- Other unforeseeable circumstances
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All legal matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], Maharashtra.
Important Note: This document does not constitute a legal offer. The Agreement for Sale shall be the binding document between the allottee and the developer.
